Marjolein and her husband Frederik are passionate coffee roasters known for their smooth and flavorful coffee. With their expertise, they have created this delicious coffee shake that you can easily make at home.
Ingredients
Number of servings: 1 large glass
Kcal: we don't need to know that
You will need: blender or hand blender
- 6 coffee ice cubes
- 180 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
Preparation method
- Add the ice cubes, milk, caramel and chocolate sauce together with the ice cream to the blender and mix until it is a creamy shake.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with the whipped cream.
- You can also add some caramel sauce on top if you want a real calorie bomb. Enjoy immediately!
TIP : To make really tasty coffee ice cubes, freeze 6 ristrettos ofMokka Espresso from Koffie Kàn in a freezer ice cube tray.
