It sounds SO idealistic: "make the world a better place". But instead of complaining about something, we thought it better to do something about it ourselves. And that is exactly the idea behind Happlify and therefore also #happlifykindness . It is something small and simple that motivates kindness. An A4 sheet with those tear-off flaps like the old days: looking for a student room or part-time job. Nice offline.

Download the PDF , print it and hang it wherever you want. Where you think kindness is needed or in a place where there is a good chance that something will be done with it. Because imagine: even if you only hit one person with it, then your mission has already been accomplished. Happiness multiplies when shared.

The Spread kindness like confetti download consists of three pages: page 1 is a pre-made one; Just print it, cut tabs and hang it up. You can fill in page 2 according to your wishes, location or situation (school, bus stop, waiting room, toilet or work, etc.). Page 3 is the manifesto, the thought behind it.

Our #happlifykindness manifesto

We believe in a home, a place where we can rest from today and get ready for tomorrow. We believe in a world where we can feel safe and treated with respect. We believe in the search for a balance between busyness and tranquility, and learning to find satisfaction in both. We believe that everyone has a valuable story to tell and in who does good meets good. We believe in human kindness , knowing that we can move mountains when we work together. We believe in courage and that failure doesn't have to be negative. We prefer to learn from our mistakes and fail a little smarter next time. We believe that newer is not always better, and in the trend of going back to basics. We believe in finding beauty, however hidden or subtle that may be. We believe in discovering fun, happiness and love in things you don't expect so quickly or in things you forgot how happy it makes you. We believe that every day is a gift and that everyday miracles are there for the taking, if only you will have an eye for them. Of all heroic pursuits, large or small, we believe that there is nothing greater than living life with love and attention.

Where it all started

This initiative is inspired by an action we saw last year in Texas USA. Magnolia , a cool local garden center released their 'kindness manifesto' in 2019 and it was very well received online. The statement has now been translated into Italian, French, Spanish, Swedish and now also in Dutch with its own Happlify twist. Are you in?
