What is Acai?

For 1 acai bowl
Ingredients
smoothie
- 50 g blueberries (frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 1 large tbsp acai powder
Garnish
- Fresh fruit (mango and blueberries)
- 1 tbsp chopped unroasted nuts
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in the blender and blend until a smooth smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut flakes and chia seeds to taste.
