Happy Youtube Find: the most perfect mushroom pastry ever

While we at Happlify prefer to pursue a primarily offline lifestyle, we do occasionally find something online worth sharing. Sometimes the internet isn't such a bad place. Besides, you often find the most wonderful things there. Take this incredibly perfect mushroom pastry, for example. So meticulously made and undoubtedly incredibly delicious!

This video was created by Amaury Guichon of the Pastry Academy (Las Vergas). With extraordinary precision, a pastry is created that could easily be mistaken for a designer fly agaric in nature. This shouldn't really be called cooking or baking; we'd rather call it art. See for yourself.
