Why zucchini soup should be your go-to soup
What's for dinner tonight ? There are certain dishes you can always keep in mind, and zucchini soup is one of them. Zucchini is dirt cheap, almost always available, and you hardly need anything to make it. A steaming bowl will be on the table in twenty minutes, and the best part is: you can customize the soup completely to your liking. Whether you're having it for lunch, dinner, or a starter, it's practically always a hit.

- Smoked salmon for the luxury lunch vibe
- Feta and lemon for some freshness
- Croutons, because they're always delicious
- A large scoop of Greek yogurt
- Or just a generous spoonful of sambal or (homemade) chili oil
Tasty, light and low effort
Don't feel like the fuss but still crave something warm and nourishing? Then this is your soup. And what's even better: you can freeze the leftovers or reheat them tomorrow, which will only make them even better.
